How does a chair massage work?

This company massage is also known as chair massage or chair shiatsu.

I come to your premises with a special chair. It is best to reserve a room for the massage where it is quiet and comfortable.

Before the chair massage starts, a short conversation is held with the employee about his or her mental and physical condition. The treatment can then be adjusted accordingly.

How long does it last?

The treatment takes about 15 to 20 minutes per employee.
A longer treatment of about 45 minutes is also possible.

You can keep your clothes on as normal. No oil is used in this massage.
